During a GROUP Three- part Circular Breathwork session, you can expect to be guided through the breathwork technique. You may experience physical sensations such as tingling, body temperature changes and emotional releases such as tears or laughter. Throughout the session, Suzanne will provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your inner world. All levels of experience welcome.
Somatics has a potential to unlock transformational healing otherwise inaccessible with simple mindset therapy. It activates deeper places in the mind and body to help bring awareness to unprocessed trauma, stories, and emotions stored, suppressed, or hidden in the body from current and past events, improving physical and mental health.
Conditioning happens at the subconscious level (meaning below consciousness). As babies and children, we don’t consciously decide to store this information. Our brain does it for us. Our subconscious mind stores the neural pathways that form over time from repeating thoughts, behaviors, and other habits. It’s not just our minds that store our conditioning; our body does too. Anything has the potential to be stored in the body depending on how your individual nervous system responds. This is why somatic work is so critical to the healing process. If we drop out of the mind and feel safe in the body unprocessed emotions will move.
